MikroTik is now offering a new category 4 4G/LTE miniPCI-e card (product code R11e-4G).

R11e-4G supports LTE FDD bands 3 (1800 MHz), 7 (2600 MHz), 20 (800 MHz) and 31 (450 MHz), as well as LTE TDD bands 41n (2500 MHz), 42 (3500 MHz) and 43 (3700 MHz).

You are welcome to use it with MikroTik products that have miniPCIe slots, like LtAP mini, wAP R, RBM11G, RBM33G or others.
