MikroTik offers a full range of accessories in order to connect external LTE antennas to their LTE product line.

R11e-LTE miniPCIe cards can be installed on to a wAP R unit. R11e-LTE cards have two U.fl connectors, to which ACSMAUFL pigtails can be connected.
ACSMAUFL pigtails have SMA connectors that fit nicely into the special
mounting places of the wAP R. SMASMA cables can then be used to connect
ACSMAUFL pigtails to any external LTE anntenna with an SMA connector.
